We aim to be fair to our community members and clients while remaining vigilant against survey fraud. Our agency allows both clients and members to appeal an incentive denial.
For members to open an incentive appeal, they need to start by opening a ticket with our member support team, who will investigate the nature of the incentive denial. As a part of this investigation, the member support team may request additional documentation from the member.
After concluding their initial investigation, the customer support team can confirm or reverse the incentive denial. If the member wishes to continue their appeal after the member support team confirms the incentive, denials will be escalated to a supervisor.
Incentive denial appeals must be made within ten business days from when we notify impacted members. Incentive denials for fraud have no right to appeal.
If the supervisor affirms the incentive denial, Nomadic Insights will consider the matter closed. Any further action on the matter will be subject to our arbitration policy.
